An International Winter Micro-Wedding in Fairfax, VA

Back in December 2021, I had someone send out an SOS to cover a wedding when the photographer ended up being double booked! It is a very long story. But, long story short, I went into this wedding totally blind, not even knowing the couples names; and even though my experience among the other vendors (not the venue, the Hilton was wonderful) was not the best one, Camelia and Jesse were such a sweet and kind couple. Camelia was graceful and looked beautiful in her gorgeous wedding dress. Jesse looked so dapper and was hilarious! He always had me laughing. I am so happy I was able to be part of their day!!! I haven’t been able to share my favorites for quite some time due to the media company I was subbing for. But, the couple got their final gallery and I am so excited to share my favorites with you here on the blog today!! I am allowed to share the portraits and the details from the day. It was a very unique wedding. Camelia’s family is all French so there was a language and cultural differences, and it was beautiful to see them be blended with these two lovebirds!
