Celebrating Breastfeeding at the Big Latched On Event in Culpeper, VA

Cindy Curtis is a lactation consultant and owner of Pink Cocoon, based in Culpeper, Virginia. Every year for the past few years she has put on an event for breastfeeding mothers to gather together and celebrate the incredible thing our bodies do as mothers. I was honored to be asked to photograph mamas and their babies for this event.

I got to meet so many beautiful mama’s and their super cute babies! I definitely left with baby fever and pride in the fact that I have been breastfeeding Arielle for 20.5 months. I am sharing all the cute photos I got from the event! I hope I am able to participate next year, and continue to spread awareness and normalization of breastfeeding.
