Luxury Fall Golf Course Wedding in Montclair, Virginia

Justine & Carl had a stunning late October wedding with all of their friends and family at the Montclair Country Club, nestled in the heart of Prince William County. With hints of Sage Green, Burnt Orange, Dusty Rose and Gold, Justine and Carls wedding was perfect for a fall day from the details, to the dress, the decor (which Justine’s mom made pretty much all by hand!), and the leaves on the trees, it was a sight to see.

Justine was so radiant in her wedding dress. She was glowing with happiness and excitement all day! Justine and her mom worked so hard on every detail at this wedding. So much of it was hand made and one of a kind; Justine’s earrings, a charm for her late brother, Brett, her hair piece, her shoes, all the bouquets, all the boutonnieres, and all the centerpieces!!!

Let’s talk about how small the world is for just a moment. When Justine inquired about her wedding photos, she told me she was referred to me by her (now) late brother, Brett and his girlfriend Bridget, whom I had went to high school with. After talking with Justine, I figured out that her fiancé, Carl, went to my middle school!!! He was in 6th when I was in 8th and a few of his groomsmen too!

Justines dress had all of these dainty bottoms. Her mom and her grandma had these special tools, and together, she was in her dress and ready to walk down the aisle.

After getting ready Justine snuck outside to do a first look with her dad. Then Carl’s mom escorted him to the tree where Justine was standing and they shared their first touch of the day right before their ceremony.

After the beautiful and heartfelt ceremony the guests went back inside to enjoy cocktail hour while the immediate family & bridal party stayed for photos!!

FUN FACT: Carl & Justine are the tallest couple we have ever photographed!

Seriously, the fall foliage could not have been more perfect!!! So many pops of color and just the right amount of leaves on the ground. And these two are so swoon worthy!!!

The reception kicked off and the party started. Justine and Carl’s friends and family put the meal for the evening together. They all brought a dish, almost all of it home made. The DJ had all of the best nostalgic dance music on and everyone including Grandma was out tearing up the dance floor! They cut the cake and then we snuck away for some fun tunnel portraits before the bubble send off.
