Meet Michael | The Love of My Life | April 29th, 2017
I am in the middle of Partially Rebranding and I am making new changes to my website and blog. And one of them is putting myself out there and being more personal and vulnerable.As the weeks go by keep checking back and find all the prizes (There might be a giveaway to the person who finds all the changes first).My husband and my family are a huge part of my life. I decided to start a blog series called “Meet the McHughs” because I want to introduce you all to my family. I am also including blogs about “Our Adventures in Adulting” and “Wanderlust” Right now its just Michael and I and our house full of pets, but we hope to expand our family very soon! But our fur babies all have their own personality and they are way too cute not to share photos of them!
So to kick off my new blog series, I wanted to introduce my husband, Michael, the love of my life and best friend. He always keeps me on my toes, because honestly, he’s hyper…most of the time. Michael is the goofiest guy if ever met. He loves making puns, being a sarcastic smartass. He is the Realistic to my Idealistic. (Which I think it is important to have both in a relationship because you want to achieve the impossible together but you also need a reality check now and then). He is always laughing and smiling, even tho he can be pretty pessimistic when it comes to certain things. He is so sweet and caring, he has a big heart, especially for family and animals. He is extremely stubborn sometimes but thats ok, I like a challenge. He loves to give me a hard time. We have an on going argument about who is funnier (It’s me).
Here is some brief Need-To-Know things about Michael:
- His favorite colors are blue and green
- His favorite automobile company is Dodge
- He loves Lily Mae so much!
- He is an artist, and he is good (he will tell you he’s not, but he is)
- He plays the guitar (again he will say he isn’t good but I love hearing him play)
- He actually likes my cooking & baking
- He will show you one video on Youtube and then 5 hours later still be on Youtube watching videos)
- His favorite food is Chorizo
- His least favorite food is Sardines
- He loves to drink Whiskey and Beer
- His favorite holiday Christmas ( he loves the smell of pine trees, family gatherings and the food)
